Vehicle technician
The Vehicle Technician diagnoses, repairs and services the range of Volkswagen Group cars and vans. All automobile technician staff work together to ensure vehicles are serviced with maximum efficiency and to the very highest standards. You’ll receive comprehensive vehicle technical tuition from our training centre and an insight to cutting-edge technologies while working in our workshops. You’ll learn about our information systems, best practice, diagnostics and all the very latest technologies.
The Service Technicians of today work within a team, equipped with the latest technology, in pristine environments. You’ll be servicing and maintaining the latest Volkswagen Group products and, when necessary, diagnosing complex faults using leading-edge technology.
Automotive parts advisor
A Parts Advisor plays a key role interacting with all areas of the business, including Sales, Service and Customers. You’ll develop knowledge of products to understand the purpose of vehicle parts and how they function. The work is diverse and you’ll be working both behind the scenes as well as at the front desk.


Customer service advisor
The Customer Service Advisor is the crucial link between the customer and the technical team, ensuring that the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the retailer and the customer is managed in a way that delivers unparalleled customer service at all times. They’re the front-line members of the technical team. As a Customer Service Advisor you will deliver excellent service, to our high quality standards and be supported to continuously improve your technical understanding and product knowledge to be able to support customers.
Sales executive
The Sales Executive or Product Specialist is a key team member responsible for sharing their passion and knowledge of our new and used cars to ensure that we deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times. In this role, you’ll learn how to build customer relationships so that customer needs are met in the most-friendly, efficient and professional way possible. Training includes understanding the market, the competition, product range and how to be able to fully explain the financial options available to customers – ultimately supporting you to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
